True Sun Ali, the Voice Of Bk  a.k.a "The Heart Of New York" and a refreshing dose of hip hop was born and raised in brooklyn.

During his teens the world of rap(as it was called) became a great interest in which he decided to follow. Studying the art and sharpening your skills as a lyricist was a must in the circles True Sun hung out in, leading him closer to his goals.

Starting a group in the nineties  called "Maja Damage" got him a single deal and production deal , but would only be an experience to add to his journey.

Through the years,mastering and learning more about the business True Sun Ali took the underground circuits by storm. Performing in almost every hip hop showcase in the city,he manage to also release his debut album "Introducing True Sun Ali" independently online in 2007. Awakening the masses to the sounds they had all longed for,he proved to be more than just a rapper but an entertainer. Becoming the "Underground Artist Of The Year"(EMMP) and a nominee for the "Underground Music Awards"(Artist To Watch) ,this remarkable emcee has shown that he is the resurrection of real hip hop.
