Hector Rodriguez (Born January 29th, 1990), Better Known By His Stage Name ProMis3, Is A Puerto Rican Born American Rapper And Record Producer. In 2010, He Was The First Artist Signed To An Upcoming Label Called 4Real Records LLC. His Debut Mixtape Titled Rebirth Vol. 1 Was Released On August 26, 2011.

ProMis3 Was Born And Raised In Bronx, NY. At The Age Of 10 He Looked Up To His Oldest Brother. While His Brother Was Kicking Rhymes, He Had A Passion For Music Himself. He Was Always The Quiet Type Doing Poetry Before He Even Wrote His First Song. As A Child He Was First Introduced To Hip - Hop When He Contained Two Cassettes. One Was Bone Thugs-n-Harmony And The Other Was Lil Bow Wow. As He Started To Listen To More Hip-Hop, He Had His Three Favorite Rappers (Eminem, Big L And Jay Z). He Loved The Sound And Form Of Poetry That Hip-Hop Had Offered. Instead Of Video Games, He Was More Entertained With Finding Words That Rhyme With Each Other. After Doing A Biography On Tupac's Death, He Noticed How Serious Hip Hop Can Have An Impact On Peoples Lives. So He Started Taken Hip-Hop More Serious. After Performing In A Talent Show In Senior Year Of His High School. He Noticed Everyone's Expression On His Music. They Loved Him. At That Moment He Knew What He Wanted To Continue Doing. And That Was To Use Hip Hop In A Form Of Poetry And Have An Impact On Peoples Lives With Important Messages In Each Songs. He Knew If Hip Hop Helped Him Through The Bad Times, His Music Can Also Help People Get To The Good Times.
